Itinerary

Friday:
The troops will be leaving mid-morning for 29 palms. Join Craig Dillmann, our ride captain, and Kelli, his lovely lady, at a stop at Morongo Casino (49500 Seminole Dr, Cabazon, CA 92230) for lunch at 12:30 p.m. Morongo has one of the best buffets in the states! After checking in at El Rancho Dolores (73352 Twentynine Palms Highway, Twentynine Palms, CA 92277), the gang will head out to the fabulous Palms (83131 Amboy Rd.) for afternoon libations! Later in the evening, we'll meet for dinner at The Rib Co. (72183 Twentynine Palms Hwy), where we always have a delicious feast.

Saturday
We enter Joshua Tree National Park, which has an entrance fee of $10 for each motorcycle (permit good for 7 days). Bring cash. We'll go through the park, picking up Box Canyon Road at the 10 Freeway, then on to Mecca for gas and a snack. We'll go back the same way to Chiraco Summit Cafe (62450 Chiriaco Rd, Chiriaco Summit) for lunch. We'll return to 29 Palms, riding back through the park. Dinner on Saturday night will be at the 29 Palms Inn (73950 Inn Ave), a little oasis in the desert!

Sunday:
We go back into Joshua Tree National Park for the usual ride up to Keys View, where on a clear day you can see Mexico. On the way home, we're suggesting the group stops at Route 62 Diner (55405 29 Palms Hwy, Yucca Valley) for lunch. We would be arriving there about 12:30 or so.
